Leaves are changing and the temperatures are dropping – all signs of Fall and the approaching holidays are perfectly falling into line. A season full chilly nights and warm fires, I can’t help but get excited to fill my closets with oversized sweaters full of burgundy, hunter green and navys. My inner glam-child is bursting at the seams with hopeful visions of new products and scents spilling over my Christmas stocking.
My deep rooted (and sometimes questionable) love for ribbons, cards, and general gift decor has left me thinking about how I want to show my gratitude for those I love this season. What can I give to my special circle that will make them smile, allow them to pamper themselves or make their day a bit happier. More importantly, what unnecessary Paper Source staples can I add to jazz everything up for a delivery that’s a treat for the eyes!
My recent travel has left me with more plane time than usual to peruse my favorite blogs and sites, leaving me with an ever-growing list of “fall must haves”. May my wish list help you find that perfect something for the people in your life that make your year so wonderful.

Gifts | PaulPrintable Prints
A friend of my recently bought a fabulous new condo in DC. I thought what better way to make her new space feel like home than to bring to life her roots through decor. One of my favorite Etsy shops, PaulPrintables makes beautiful water color skyline prints that you can easily download. Printables eliminates the hassle of shipping (and the worry of a creased or folded print) and allows you to instantly have a gorgeous piece ready for giving. I chose to use my trusty Framebridge to frame the print. If you’ve never used Framebridge you MUST try it out – it’s super easy, has lots of pretty frames to choose from and arrives packaged up cute as a button. Simply upload you picture (or mail one in), choose a frame, and wait for the framed piece to arrive on your doorstep ready to go.
I chose a print of my friends home town, adorned in a pretty gold frame, and wrapped it up in a fiery orange gingham bow for extra effect.
Bonus Gift Idea!
A simpe bouquet of flowers (personally love peonies and hydrangeas) is a special treat that people often don’t get for themselves. Add a special touch by wrapping the flowers in paper or cute wallpaper with a hand written (or painted) note.
